Changing the structure oftraditional e-commerce at the same time, the logistics industry has inevitably beenaffected. Today, e-commerce increasingly closes relationship with the logistics. On theone hand, e-commerce on logistics activities had a significant impact. E-commercesituation, the logistics industry should adopt new development strategies. On the otherhand, the impact of e-commerce logistics industry can not be ignored. E-commerce as thecore of the network economy must be the basis of logistics management. The currentpeople on the importance of logistics in e-commerce knowledge is not enough for thelogistics in e-commerce environment, the changes also lack of knowledge that for mostgoods and services, logistics can still be via traditional distribution channels. Therefore, the logistics of e-business environment and its management isthe need for further research of new areas.This thesis is the concept of e-commerce and logistics, analyzing the relationshipbetween and characteristics of the impact and role of each other, from home and abroad,the analysis of traditional logistics model to study development of e-businessenvironment adapted to new economic characteristics of the logistics operation,especially for China’s logistics development status, the domestic logistics industry to finda suitable new model of development.
