A Study On Inventory And Information Management In The Supply Chain Of AC Company

This thesis mainly is concerned with the problems in the supplychain of AC Company. Solutions are developed based on theanalysis of problems in inventory management and informationmanagement of AC Company.With the SCM theory, the thesis analyzes the problems in thesupply chain of AC company, in particular, the problems ininventory and information management. The thesis then developssolutions to the problems, including analysis and design of a newinformation system, enhancing MAX efficiency and improvinginventory management by improving sales forecasting, productsprocess and labour quality and, using of inventory models. Thesolutions improve management of the supply chain management ofAC Company and benefits AC Company.
