With the continuous development of the third wave of economic globalization-the globalization of services, the world’s major multinational companies have adopted"Refocusing" strategy will not be carrying the core competitiveness of enterprises anddeliver business content to the implementation of the service outsourcing enterprises.In this context, the service industry of India and other countries have achieved a greatdeal of development, the emergence of a large number of outsourcing companies suchas TCS, Wipro has a certain influence and visibility. China, based on changes in thesituation of world economic development, the status quo of China’s economicdevelopment and adjustment of economic structure, transformed the mode ofdevelopment requirements, and developed such as the "Thousand-Hundred-TenProject" and a series of policy measures to promote the development of China’sservice outsourcing industry. Tianjin Binhai New Area as a main gathering area ofservice outsourcing demonstration base cities-Tianjin, attracted and nurtured a lot ofexcellent service outsourcing enterprises. As to eat crabs first in the new serviceindustries, these companies will inevitably encounter some problems. The serviceoutsourcing enterprises of Binhai New Area need to effectively improve the corecompetitiveness and the enterprises’ overall competitive advantage so that to activelyrespond to challenges in the future.Based on grounded theory and combined with internal and external value chainanalysis in theory, this article is to carry out research on core competitiveness ofoutsourcing enterprises. The main research work are as follows:1. This study defined the concept of service outsourcing, its classification, andthe theory of the field core competitiveness;2. This study described the current situation and development trend of serviceoutsourcing industry, and service outsourcing enterprises in Binhai New Area. Theinternal value chain and market competition is analyzed, with emphasis on serviceoutsourcing enterprises captured by the value chain and its optimization strategy. Thisarticle also pointing out that only Binhai New Area service outsourcing enterprises to enhance the core competitiveness, the consolidation of competitive advantage in orderto break the shackles of the capture of the value chain;3. Starting from the results of both studies, this study summarized the refining ofthe constituent elements of the core competitiveness of enterprises. Then threecompanies and institutions were analyzed to expand the qualitative research based onthe grounded theory. Through open coding, spindle coding and selective coding thematerials which get from the in-depth interviews, the theoretical models of theconstituent elements of core competitiveness of service outsourcing enterprises weregiven;4. In the end the strategies were proposed to enhance the core competitiveness ofservice outsourcing enterprises in the base of grounded study’s research.
