An Analysis On The Innovation Mechanism Of Binhai New Area Service Outsourcing Enterprises Based On Grounded Theory

With the constant development of the globalization service, many multinationalcompanies deliver non-core competitive business to outside service outsourcingenterprises to maintain and enhance the core competition with refocusing strategy.Therefore the service outsourcing industry has been developed rapidly. In this context,our country also made a series of policy measures such as "thousand hundred tenprojects, to promote the development of the outsourcing industry further. As theservice outsourcing demonstration base of China, Tianjin Binhai New Area attractsand produces many excellent outsourcing enterprises constantly. During thedevelopment of several years, it gradually presents the momentum that softwareoutsourcing is the foundation and financial outsourcing and pharmaceutical R&Doutsourcing developed rapidly. In the software outsourcing, the scale of ITO is biggerrelatively and the development speed of BPO is lower. As a general view, there is alarge gap between the service outsourcing industry of Binhai New Area and India,Ireland. Under the new situation of global outsourcing, BPO, KPO and CRO andother high-end fields will become the important direction of China’s outsourcingindustry. Pharmaceutical R&D outsourcing enterprise also highlights the greatpotential of development and clearly indicates the development direction andchallenges for the outsourcing enterprise of Binhai New Area. At present, the scale ofthe outsourcing enterprise of Binhai New Area is small, and most of the enterprisestill be in the bottom of the value chain. How to improve competitiveness throughinnovation and break through the plight of low-end value chain has become the urgentneed of enterprises in Binhai New Area.Based on the above background, combined with the development of serviceoutsourcing enterprises in Binhai New Area and theory, this article is to carry outresearch on the innovation mechanism of the package enterprises based on groundedtheory, In order to promote the fast development of enterprises. The main researchworks are as follows:1、Defined the concept of service outsourcing and its classification, analysis thedevelopment of service outsourcing enterprises home and abroad. Based on this, statethe development of service outsourcing enterprises in Binhai New Area, finally locatein the enterprises of Binhai New Area. And study the competitiveness of theenterprises, laying the foundation for follow-up study. 2、This paper expounds the basic theory of innovation, including the technologyinnovation and management innovation, and then study the service outsourcinginnovative research theory. Analyses the joint package enterprise’s characteristic, thisis the theory foundation of studying the joint package enterprise innovationmechanism.3、First, starting from the results of both studies, this study summarized therefining of the constituent elements of the innovation of enterprises. Then twocompanies and institutions were analyzed to expand the qualitative research based onthe grounded theory. Through open coding, spindle coding and selective coding thematerials which get from the in-depth interviews, the theoretical models of theconstituent elements of innovation of service outsourcing enterprises were given;4、On the base of studying the enterprise innovation types, according to thevarious materials provided by enterprises, sum up innovation factors, and then putforward relevant suggestions to promote the development of outsourcing enterprises.
