Study On The Construction Of Evaluation Index System Based On Regionalization Exhibition

The evaluation is one of the important means of modern economic management.In terms of exhibition industry, through carrying out a comprehensive and integratedevaluation to exhibition projects, we can learn the market and project of exhibitionindustry in deep, estimate the effectiveness of the exhibition project, find outproblems, and also can estimate if the exhibition projects and similar exhibitionprojects need to be held. For organizers and undertakers of exhibition projects,exhibition industry management agencies, exhibitors and visitors, the exhibitionevaluation does count.The systematic exhibition evaluation has never been carried out in Chongqingdue to economy and region. According to joining the rank of exhibition evaluation,borrowing ideas from UFI, FKM and other exhibition evaluation experience,combining with our own practical situation, to the exhibition project evaluation tothe commission by letter of Chongqing as an example, I plan to establish a set ofstable and measurable evaluation index, successive and reliable evaluation date,higher level of market operation and more perfect evaluation index system, throughusing AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. This paper will play a positive rolein guiding and promoting on truly grasping the operational performance of theexhibition industry, standardizing the management and operation of the exhibitionindustry, providing the necessary information to the government macro decision andhelping the operation and management of the exhibition enterprises.
