Study On System Of Coal Mine Safety Management Performance

Coal has been the primary energy production structure in China occupies about 70% of energy, which is an important pillar. The coal production process complicated, poor working conditions, objectively increasing the likelihood of some disasters.Therefore,to ensure the safety of production, in addition to ensure that technology, equipment renewal, but also need to improve safety management. Safety management performance is the key to safety management, but the establishment of a safety management performance indicator is the implementation of safety management based on performance evaluation. So the establishment of a scientific and practical safety management performance indicators system has become an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper, from safety management theories and safety management performance theories conducting comprehensive analysis, in combined with the appropriate evaluation method and evaluation of model performance, to the mine safety management system carried the theoretical analysis and empirical research. Safety management performance can make enterprise to understand their own safety management status and find out the problems and make improvement. Mainly include:First,defined the concept of mine safety management performance that included accidents, safety management, safety management performance and performance indicators, which cleared the basis for theoretical study this article;Second,respectively from the management of security support, full participation and communication, safety training, risk control and management, incident management and emergency response and treatment of the starting six dimensions and to select 24 secondary targets, build mine safety management performance evaluation system;Third,the fuzzy AHP group decision making with relative entropy combining various indicators to determine the weight, the use of Grey Evaluation Methods mine safety management performance evaluation; Fourth,the three iron ore coal group, namely: Dalong mine; Daxing mine; Daping mine, verify the target system and the model of the effectiveness of mine safety management on the status of the three to do analysis and evaluation.
