Research On The Improvement Of F Company's Technological Innovation Capability Evaluation System

With the development of society and science,people begin to recognize the great effect of technological innovation to the economic growth and social progress,they are aware that the enterprise technology innovation ability has become the key factor to decide the survival and development of enterprises.How to evaluate the technological innovation capability of enterprises by scientific,reasonable,effective way,not only can help enterprises to choose technology innovation strategy,but also help them to maintain and improve their competitive advantage of great significance.From the western countries bring forward the theory of technological innovation in 1930s,the research on technological innovation capability has been developed rapidly for many years.In China,although the technology innovation research started late,but after decades of practice research and development,more and more enterprises attempt to innovate,they try to establish the evaluation system to push the development.And these enterprises gradually become the main innovation part of the national economy.This paper chooses F company as a typical case of the technological innovation evaluation,exploring a way to achieve a simple and practical evaluation system.This paper can be divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the researching background,the main research methods,the research situation of the domestic and foreign scholars.The second chapter expounds the related theories of technological innovation,including the concept of technological innovation,process and mode,the relationship between technology innovation and enterprises development,the factors which impact the capability of technologically innovation evaluation for enterprise,the principles and construction processes etc..The third chapter is analyzes the evaluation system of F company technology innovation ability and application,including F company profile,evaluation purpose,object,principle,content,way and safeguard measures,process and effect.The fourth chapter analyzes the problems and challenges of F company's technological innovation capability evaluation system,such as scope of the evaluation,the rationality of the indicators and the role of industry experts and so on.The fifth chapter puts forward some suggestions to solve the problem.The sixth chapter is conclusion and prospect,through the research of technology innovation theory and the analysis of F company's case,if the enterprise can establish evaluation system of technological innovation ability,to a certain extent,can promote enterprise technological progress,the case of F company also can provide a reference for other enterprises.
