High tech industry is the guide industry of national economy. Recent years,with the development of high tech industry and its technology innovation arestudied more and more, has become a research hotspot. On the ground of theadvanced thoughts and methods at home and abroad, this paper designed aknowledge production function model by selecting the panel data of2003-2010years of high technology industry, and makes an empirical analysis about the effectof different R&D expenditure of research on China high tech industrytechnological innovation. During the empirical analysis, firstly, this papercalculated three kinds of R&D expenditure of research how influence high techindustry technological innovation, and further analysis on China’s Regional Paneldata. The main conclusion of:First, In our country hi-tech technology innovation activities, R&Dexpenditure of research and new product production value existence a stablerelationship,enterprise R&D funds for technological innovation effect is mostobvious, secondly government funding of science and technology, in contrast, theeffect of venture capital investment minimum.Second, Between the R&D expenditure of research on China high techindustry technological innovation, Enterprise R&D funding increases and Chinesehigh-tech industry new product production value growth has shown a Significantpositive correlation, especially in Shenzhen, Shanghai, however the effect ofventure capital and governmental S&T input on technological innovation in hightech industry output in each region between a larger difference should lumptogether, needing to vary from place to place.Third, the Developed area of provide a comprehensive economic power forhigh technology industry innovation support than the relatively backward area.Finally, this paper put forward some recommendations in order to promoteChina’s high tech industry technological innovation level. |
