Research On Technology Innovation Of High-tech Industry In China

With prosper of the knowledge economy technology innovation has become a vital dynamic power for keeping a country’s economic growth and its international competition. Technology innovation is a power source for those hi-tech corporations and the main path and model for them. The gathering of hi-tech corporations could bring scale economies effects and positive external benefits moreover, through the spread of knowledge, it could bring up the whole technology level in the area and push forward the industrial construction reform and regional economic growth.The paper reviewed the relative theories on hi-tech corporation conception, industrial gathering and technology innovation, and made quantitative analysis and evaluation for the reality of hi-tech corporation development, technology innovation and industrial gathering on macroeconomic level. Then, we preceded an empirical research on technology innovation from industrial gathering prospective. At last, the paper put forward several relative political suggestions for optimizing of industrial gathering and promoting of technology innovation.Firstly, the article focused on the background, thinking and construction of the whole paper, and supported the following part with theory basics.Secondly, the paper states out he history and status quo of our hi-tech industry, and the situation of gathering and innovation status. On the basis of study in promotion upon innovation by industry gathering, the paper did empirical research on our hi-tech technology innovation from industry gathering perspective. In chapter four, firstly, we introduced the history of our hi-tech industry, and analyzed the status quo of our development of hi-tech industry. It shows that we shared a great prosper and an enlarging industry on hi-tech industry. However, we faced with an unbalanced distribution of districts and business. Secondly, through analysis of our reality of technology innovation, we found that our hi-tech innovation achievement is striking, and the ability of innovation is strong, nevertheless, we faced a less enough investment on innovation funds, and a large gap between China and developed countries. Thirdly, we measured the status quo of our hi-tech industry gathering. It demonstrates that we are sharing with a growing gathering on hi-tech industry, but the five catalogues of business in hi-tech industry displayed a fluctuating phenomenon. In chapter five and six, we made a deeper review on hi-tech innovation, and showed that R&D investment prospered the industry as well as R&D human capital input. FDI’s technology overflow has certain positive effects on development of our hi-tech industry, but on the other hand, it could bring some negative effects also. Industry gathering made a bigger contribution on electronic computer and office equipment manufacturing, aviation spacecraft manufacturing, and certain push forward on electronic equipment and communication equipment manufacture, but little influence on pharmaceutical manufacturing industry and medical equipment and instruments manufacturing.At last, the paper mainly concludes the whole articles’ research and gives relative political suggestions and expectations. The paper believed there are four aspects we should do to push forward our hi-tech innovation capacity. The first goes to the development of hi-tech industry gathering and minimize the gap regionally. The second is to enlarge the investment on innovation and use the fund efficiently. The third is to enhance the self-dependent innovation, and digestion ability on importing technologies. The fourth focused on optimizing the distribution of R&D human capital, and emphasizing on attracts top talents.
