| High-technology industry is the core driving force for implementation of innovation driven,transformation and upgrading of Chinese economy.The efficiency of technological innovation is the core competitiveness of high-technology industries,and improving the efficiency of technological innovation is the key to the development of high-technology industries.After the rapid development of recent years,Jiangxi high-technology industry has based on electronic information,aeronautics and astronautics,optical and electronic integration,biomedicine and medical instruments,new materials and so on.Jiangxi high-technology industries maintained a steady and rapid development trend in 2016,which has helped push the structural reform of the supply side and inject new vitality into the economic development of the whole province.In order to achieve the new goal of:13~thh Five-Year”,Jiangxi high-technology industries need a set of perfect technical efficiency evaluation system and safeguard measures at the same time with the rapid development of the total amount,so as to improve the efficiency of technological innovation in high-technology industries.Based on the yearbook data of high-technology industries in Jiangxi,this aper analyzes the technological innovation efficiency and its influencing factors of high-technology industry with DEA model and TOBIT regression model.The conclusion shows that five major industries in Jiangxi,only electronic and communication industry in the two stages of technological innovation keep DEA effective;and factors that affect the efficiency of technological innovation in high-technology industry has four aspects:technology market,the level of opening up,the scale of innovative talents and the level of education.According to the analysis result of DEA and the function of the four influencing factors,this paper put forward several countermeasures and suggestions for developing Jiangxi high-technology industry,combining with the present situation of Jiangxi. |
