Chinese turbo charger spare part market is a gigantic market of over3million demands and500million of sales revenue. But at present, thismarket is flooded by fake and low-quality products, which lead to themarket chaos and break the commercial order. Finally, all these willhurt thJe consumers rights. This thesis is based on the study of a newintegral distributor of traditional sales channel and modern E-commercial platform. Here, we will also have a discussion about itsstrategic plan, web construction and profit model.To analyzing in detail, this thesis contains7chapters and5parts.And by internal logics and structure, the main idea and relationship andlisted as following:Part1is the introduction of Chapter1, which will brieflyintroduce the background and target of the study. From this, we can alsolearn about the logics and structure of the research.Part2consists of Chapter2and Chapter3. This part is thetheoretical summary and preparation of research, which mainly summarizedthe theory and concept of commercial mode and web2.0. These will giveits further application a solid theoretical foundation.Part3consists of Chapter4and Chapter5, which contains thecontents of this research and shows the actual topic to be solved. At the end, it will lead to a strategic plan of founding Shanghai Si-boTurbo-charger Technique Co. Ltd, and Turbo-online Web site.Part4consists of Chapter6. This part will show us the profitmodel and analyze our coil competency by research the actual factors andtheory.Part5consists of Chapter7, which draws the conclusion of thethesis. In this part, we will talk about the contribution of thisresearch and find out what should to be studied in the future.
