Application Research Of Performance Appraisal Method In Coal Enterprise Management

Performance management has not only been a hotspot in the management scientific research, but also one of the difficulties in enterprise management. At present, performance appraisal method of Chinese state-owned coal mines is relatively single and backward, most of which put focus on direct results, rarely on employees'work behavior. Performance appraisal management put forward in this thesis is an organized and realistic way, accompanied with feedback measures, to evaluate staffs'behavior and performance.This thesis firstly reviews relative theory of performance appraisal management. On the basis of investigation and analysis of current situations and problems of state-owned coal mines in the performance appraisal, the author of this thesis proposes to implement performance appraisal on managers and technicians in state-owned coal mines, raising behavior appraisal to the same level with result appraisal to overcome shortcomings such as inadequate attention to behavior of managers and technicians. Steps of performance appraisal management in state-owned coal mines are summarized following with usage of SEM to conduct a quantitative research on the relationship between behavior and result, verify rationality and efficiency of KPI assessment index. Finally, Zhuxianzhuang coal mine is taken as a research object to conduct the empirical analysis.Based on performance appraisal, HR apartment could design the next development plan for each staff in accordance with their one and only location in the performance coordinate anchored chart. Such practice plays an important role in encouraging employees to work hard, improving enterprises'competition, and achieving strategic goal as early as possible.
