Research On Promote Participatory Poverty Reduction Method In Liaoning

With the practice of Liaoning rural anti-poverty depth, how to make poor farmers play main role in anti-poverty action, thereby enhancing the efficiency and ensuring that anti-poverty policies and measures is targeted, has become a new era in Liaoning rural anti-poverty strategy. In practice of Liaoning rural anti-poverty, ordinary farmers, especially poor farmers, are lack of systematic, transparent and fair participation of channels, they are basically out of the anti-poverty decision making. In fact, on anti-poverty policies poverty alleviation, if there is no participation of poor farmers, poverty reduction policies can not reflect and meet poor farmers real needs. On social justice, if there is no participation of the poor, the public policy can not create a fair system and policy environment for the poor completely getting rid of poverty. In this context, this thesis is based on participatory theory, combining situation in Liaoning rural poverty, explores the problems and the reasons when Liaoning individual poor village put participatory modes into practice. Secondly, it analyzes the implementation of participatory poverty alleviation in Gansu practice and its process, effectiveness and useful enlightenment in Liaoning Province. Then, this paper puts forward reasonable suggestions on promote participatory poverty reduction method in Liaoning Province. Finally, this thesis makes a brief summary of the text, and the needs for further study.
