The Research On Suppliers Selection And Evaluation Of Shenfei Logistics Equipment Company

With the progress of science and the development of information, market competitionpressure is gradually increased, the competition between enterprises has gradually shifted from thetraditional commodity competition into the competition between supply chain, so in the supplychain upstream suppliers in the competition in a very important role. In this case the supplierselection and evaluation problem has become the focus of theory and practice. How to establish aset of effective supplier evaluation index system, how to use the supplier evaluation method inpractical application, has become the problem that that urgently need to be solved.In this paper, at first the Shen Fei company’s currently practices in supplier selection wereintroduced, then studied at home and abroad to other sectors of the well-known company in theselection of suppliers in advantages and disadvantages, in term of analysis and comparison, cometo the shortcomings and problems of Shen Fei company in supplier selection, the comprehensivesummed up in3aspects: organization process, supplier evaluation, supplier management.Secondly, the comparative analysis of related literature and the actual situation of enterprises,from the perspective of products, suppliers, cooperation and development perspective of3respects,discussed the impact factors in the supplier selection.And based on the existing problems ofShen Fei logistics equipment company, the supplier selection process was analyzed and improved.On this foundation, established evaluation index system of Shen Fei logistics equipmentsupplier.Again, using a combination of qualitative and quantitative, combining subjective andobjective method, based on Topsis method for supplier selection evaluation model. Wherein, usingentropy method for index objective weighting, using AHP carries on the subjective weight, basedon combination weighting thought, on two kinds of methods according to the correspondingproportion portfolio, get the standard weights. Finally, take the Shen Fei logistics equipmentcompany transport providers as a case study, the supplier quality arrangement, to select the mostsuitable suppliers.Through this research, to Shen Fei company for supplier selection method and processoptimization, improve the company supplier selection is scientific, impartiality, rigor, can reducethe supplier selection in play favouritism and commit irregularities behaviour, help supplier toactively to enhance and improve, ultimately to improve Shen Fei company supplier quality, f thedevelopment of better for the company contribution.
