Development of economic globolazation that enables distributed innovation to product, it makes the enterprise is no longer an island, the enterprise can share resource and technology and so on which they need with the other enterprises in the diatributed innovation network. Facing fierce global market competition, enterprises must enhance their competitiveness, they have many ways to choose, the main way is to establish R&D alliances with one or more partners, through the R&D network, enterprises can share resource, realize the complementarity of resources, accelerate the rate of replacement of product, reduce R&D risk and costs. However, there are many reasons that lead to the high failure probility of R&D alliance, the main reason is that R&D network node problem. Distributed innovation nodes slection is the key of distributed innovation, with a set of indicators and system to select node enterprise is the key to enhance the innovation ability of the whole network for the core enterprise in the network. Based on the study of a large number of domestic e foreign literature and research data, this paper puts forward the"research on enterprise distributed R&D network node optimal selection". Acoordig to the characteristics of enterprises, this paper put forwards a method that is suitable for enterprises to select partners. This paper consists of the following six chapters:The first chapter is introduction of this paper. The main contents of this chapater is to introduce the background of this study and research significance, propose research status based on reading extensive literature about distributed innovation. Finally, introduce the study contents, methods and technical routine.The second chapter is basic theory. This chapter consists of three parts, distributed innovation, distributed R&D network, trust relation between nodes. Focus on the definition of distributed innovation, distributed innovation characteristics and innovation in the context of the dimension; the definition of distributed R&D network, the major components of distributed R&D network, the meaning of trust relation between nodes, how to build trust relation between nodes and so on.The third chapter is the procedure to identify the factors that affect the selection of nodes of distributed R&D network. The content of this chapter is to find out the factors that affect the selection of nodes of distributed R&D network based on reading extensive literature and questionnaire in order to lay the foundation for further establishing the index system of evaluation of R&D network nodes selection.The fourth chapter is the optimal slection of R&D network nodes. Based on introducting the selection principles of distributed R&D network nodes, proposing three-stages model to slove the optimal slection of R&D network nodes.The fifth chapter a case about R&D network nodes optimal slection. In this chapter, the method of three-stage model is used to analysis W enterprise distributed R&D network nodes optimal slection, based on it proposing a number of recommendations to optimal select nodes.The sixth chapter is summary and outlook. This chapter is the sum-up about the paper, summarizing the main research findings and analyzing the shortage and the future prospect of research.
