In order to adapt to the increasingly complex international financial situation, A bankspeeds up to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises, and improve thequality of talent and competitiveness goals through training. Thus, A Bank attaches greatimportance to staff training. Need analysis is the primary and essential part of training, andit’s the foundation of other training activities. A bank communicates well with the leaders,and arranged a research of a city branch network, which includes a systematic survey ofthe current training status and employee needs. Research interviews and survey worklasted eight days, and the number of research interviewees is21, including trainingmanagers and front line staff. The research collected a sufficient case and data. Theresearch ultimately form a program of training need analysis for the front-line staff in thebank, and then proceed to implementation, and collect data the results of the classificationanalysis and accurate grasp of the training needs of the staff. Training need analysisprogram involves the entry point, the difference of training need analysis between bankand other enterprise training, the different points between front-line staff and other staff inthe bank. At the same time, we analyze the result from different angles and different levels,in order to improve the accuracy and the comprehensiveness.
