The Research Of Zhuzhou City Digital Urban Management

In the long run, the digital city management is effective andsustainable mode of solving the drawbacks of traditional managementincluding information not timely and the absence of governmentmanagement malpractice. Zhuzhou City as one of the pilot cities of theMinistry of Construction approved41digital urban managementestablished the special urban management mode of operation. In the threeyears from Zhuzhou’s digital city management startup, the system isrunning stable. But there are still some problems such as less functionsand narrow the scope in the system. The author in the paper started fromthe basis of digital city management, combined with years of experiencein this area, to put forward improved countermeasures for solving lowcoverage in Zhuzhou’s digital city management system. These measuresinclude perfecting platform of digital management information system,upgrading the system software which can achieve target having flexibleformulation process, and building digital landscape management system,digitization municipal management systems and digital lightingmonitoring system in order to improve the efficiency of city operations.In addition，we will establish a platform in county level to strengthenvertical linkages between municipal and county (district) level in order toshare resource. What’s more, there will be build a digital management evaluation system in ZhuZhou City to improve supervision efficiency andexpand the range of appraisal digital management to clear theresponsibilities of relevant departments and consolidate existingachievements. The last but not the least, the authors cited four measuresto safeguard the smooth implementation of the system from the capital,technology, personnel and project services and maintenance.
