Research On Digital City Management Of Zhangjiagang

With the continuous development of cities,internal contradictions constantly appear.For example,densely populated cities lead to resource constraints,some people go in for activities in violation of the laws and regulations of city management,the demand for city public infrastructure increase and maintenance difficulty.The implementation of digital city management has become an inevitable choice to strengthen the management of the city and promote the process of city development.Digital city management model has greatly enhanced the overall level of city management,and provided basic guarantee for the acceleration of city economic and social development.With the deepening of urbanization management efforts,new cities began to have a basic outline.However,in running a few years later,problems of digital city management exposed gradually,and further development meets the bottleneck.In such a context,this paper studies on digital city management in Zhangjiagang.This paper first of all explains the concept of digital city management and the relevant,such as city management and digital city,clarify the relationship between them,and truly understanding the connotation of digital city management.On this basis,this paper mainly introduces the development and present situation of the digital city management in Zhangjiagang,analysis the special features of digital city management.Certain achievements have been made in the digital city management in Zhangjiagang.To city e housekeeper public interaction system,a great innovation in digital city management of Zhangjiagang,conducting an introduction from the system development background,major advantages,operational security and operating results.Afterwards,this paper analyzes some problems in Zhangjiagang,such as the cognitive degree of digital management and public participation are not high,areas of application are not broad,the system of digital city management is not fully functioning,professional talents are not enough.The reasons are analyzed in several ways,the conventional wisdom hasn't changed,the initial construction plan limited the development of the future,the special fund is not enough,institutional management is not in place and public participation in digital city management is not yet in place.Finally,put forward some suggestions,including improving the social awareness of digital city management,scientific planning digital city management,increasing the financial input of digital city management,training special talents team,strengthening institutional examination and mobilizing the masses to participate in digital city management.In the long run,Zhangjiagang will steadily advance the digital city management.This paper is based on the practice of digital city management in Zhangjiagang,and learn from Wujiang,Changshou city and other places.It has some reference value for the construction of digital city management in other cities.
