| Human resource efficiency is the important standard of measuring the operating performance and growth potential, which reflects the ratio of the input and output or costs and benefits of human resources of enterprise. From the point of view of the enterprise, it is the levels of effective contribution that the human resources of enterprise have made around the value of enterprise; For staff as, it is the embodiment of that how the ability of individuals get effective play, produce work performance and create value for the customer.Based on human resources efficiency of the general contracting enterprise as the research object and at the existing research, the thesis plans to utilize the principal component analysis method and the data envelope analysis method comprehensively and establish the PCA-DEA compound model of quantitative analysis, therefore, put scientific accurate evaluation to the human resource efficiency of the section of general contractor enterprise. Based on the analysis of present research of the domestic and foreign, the article introduces the related theory of engineering contracting and focuses on the human resources efficiency of general contractor enterprise firstly. Later, according to the choosing principle of evaluation index of human resources efficiency, the article set up the index system which is applicable to the evaluation of human resource efficiency of general contracting projects department. And then, the article chooses the efficiency evaluation model of data envelope analysis and introduces the principal component analysis which has the function of better dimension reduction. and then overcome the shortage that the data envelopment analysis (DEA) to the quantity limitation deficiency of input and output index, in order to build up PCA-DEA compound model of the evaluation of human resources efficiency. Finally, the article uses the PCA-DEA composite model to evaluate human resource efficiency of the department of a general contracting project, which indicates the validity and practicability of this model in the evaluation of human resources efficiency, and the article put forward the corresponding improving measure for the problems of human resources efficiency.The study of this thesis aims to provide a kind of effective evaluation method of human resource efficiency to the general contractor enterprise, which helps general contracting enterprise to judge their status of human resource efficiency and analyzes main factors affecting human resources efficiency. It has great practical value in improving human resources efficiency of the general contracting enterprise. |
