Research On Low Carbon Economic Competitiveness And The Promotion Countermeasure In Jiangxi Province

The extremity changing of the global climate and the Financial crisis affected humans’economic activities and normal life environment. It cause that people need to thinking over about the method of current economic growth issue. The extensive the economic growth which based on the mainly enlargeable factor inputs has increased the economic growth but lead to a lot of other problems such as increasing the daily carbon dioxide’s discharge and environment damage issues. Low Carbon Economic (LCE) is become a new science development model which can harmonize the contradict between economic development and the carbon discharge, the human and nature. Under LCE background, the whole academia realized that low carbon development can also be the mainly competitiveness. Jiangxi province, as the only one in the middle area which has better environments but lower economic development province, it becomes very important for Jiangxi that how to use LCE to change the environment superiority to economic development superiority and improve the LCE competitiveness.This article has competitive superiority theory and the sustainable development theory as the theoretical direction, pick out the connotation of the LCE competitiveness, structure out one evaluation system about the LCE competitiveness. Using the principal component analysis studies the LCE competitiveness11cities in Jiangxi province. Research reveals the present situation about low carbon economy development of current Jiangxi province cities. Research results shows:NanChang has the highest scores of LCE competitiveness, Xinyu city is the second and Ganzhou is the lowest city. And then combining with clustering analysis to go further classify about the each prefecture-level city, and will classify them to four classes(highest, higher, worse, worst).Nanchang belongs to the highest class. Xiny、Jiujiang、 Pingxiang、Shangrao belong to the higher class. Yichun、Jingdezhen、Yingtan、Jian、 Fuzhou belong to the worse class. Ganzhou belongs to the worst class. Finally, based on above research, this article proposed the countermeasures and suggestions of Jiangxi’s low carbon economic competitiveness.
