| Nowadays, the world has entered into an era of knowledge economy, software products and new software technology and the emergence of service changes in human production, life style. As the software industry leader, listed companies has more capital and technical strength than other small enterprise. Its business efficiency attracted extensive attention of the whole society. Especially after American Debt Crisis and the European Debt Crisis adverse environment, our country software enterprises are subjected to different degree of challenge, pressure and impact, but also faced with the opportunities brought about by the emerging software technology. Therefore, to our country’s software listed company’s production efficiency for scientific evaluation is of important theoretical practical significance.This study used the operational research for evaluation of multiple input multiple output system data envelopment analysis (DEA) method, to software listed enterprise management efficiency evaluation research. Select the30Shanghai and shenzhen stock exchange listing of the software enterprise as sample, and use2007~2011annual report data, construct the4input and3output composition evaluation index system, using DEA-BC2model to sample DEA validity decision and ranking, analysis sample technical efficiency value, scale efficiency value, pure technical efficiency value, for the enterprise actual management appeared in resources redundancy, technical efficiency is low, the scale problems such as improper provides a good method of identification, and ineffective DMU put forward the improvement ways and target value. Analysis found that at present our country software companies exist polarization phenomenon, intangible assets’ utilization efficiency is insufficient, operating costs need to control. At last, the DEA-Malmquist index method estimates China’s listed software company total factor productivity change situation, looking for its the reason of its changes, thus completing the China software industry total factor productivity of the dynamic characterization. |
