| The software industry is a strategic industry for the future economic development,and it plays a vital role in promoting the rapid development of the national economy.In the background of the industry,being the dominant industry. how to assess the scientific competitiveness of the software industry of Chengdu city and establish software industry in the regional competition in the market,has beeome a further issue to accelerate the development of the software industry in Chengdu.Review the studies by the domestic and international economists on regional competition.this paper will explore the development sistuation and charactries of Chengdu’s software industry and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of Chengdu’s software industry. On the definition of the regional software industry competence,combined the characteristic of software industry and referred the domestic and international industry’s competitiveness evaluation index system,By the means of the experts apppraisal and discrimination analysis and infomration repetition analysis,the evaluation index system of the regional software industry competence is constructed. Based on the empirical study of by SPSS statistiess software,an evaluating model is established by principal components analysis. Atfer calculating the competence scores of industry input,industry output,maketing performance by applying the evaluating model.the paper makes some analysis and evaluation on the competence software industrial competence.In the end,various related recommendations are advised to promote the competence in the software industry of Chengdu city. |
