Chinese Iron as China railway industry, large state-owned construction enterprises, is a typical labor-intensive enterprises. The quantity and quality of its labor force is to this enterprise carries on business management, production activities of the basic conditions. R company have realized they must have better management because of human resources as a production factor in the most basic,and also in the most active part.They keep exploring ways to improve human resource management, found that in the human resources management system,there are many problems of employee training management system,and this need to be focus on improving.In this paper, the writter chose R company’s employee training system as the research object, found that R company often face on no one can be competent for the job situation when there is a sufficient number of employees. Because the company does not have a reasonable training system design.Their negative affect about training effect and the staff work,.This caused the enterprise labor waste and loss of talents etc..The writter analysed R company’s condition, summarized the cause of the problem, obtained the conclusion that they need to improve the training system and from the work stage as the breakthrough point, could maked the design of scheme and measures.During The actual design processing, make use of information technology, human resource management thinking.The writter proposed integrated training information, new talent development management philosophy. The essence of training management is actually shows in the right category,it should ensure the reasonable and the effective to carry out training. The writter design the improvement of the content and management steps which the R company need to mprove about training.It will could provide a reference for the similar company,and also provide the solution about training cost reducing, creat higher profits.
