The Study On Science&Technology Allocative Efficiency Of Jujube Industry In Hebei Province

In the era of knowledge-based economy, science and technology is the firstproductivity. Configuring the resources of science and technology scientifically andreasonably can not only save them, but also improve the using efficiency, then betterpromote economy and society developing.This paper, taking the resources of science and technology of jujube industry in hebeiprovince for the researching object, studys its allocative efficiency. First, analyze theproduction and trade status of jujube industry in hebei province on the basis of elaboratingsome theories and concepts of the resources of science and technology, and anatomize thequantity and quality of the scientific achievements, research papers and the patentsaccording to some relevant statistics, it concludes that, universities and research institutesare the main researching bodies, the fund’s source is single and the scale is small, thescientific achievements’ innovation is low, scientific papers’ overall quality is not high, theamount of the patents is less. Then, explore the relationship between the technologicalinput and the jujube yield by using cointegration, it concludes that, there is a long-termequilibrium relationship between them, once the fund changes1%, the yield changes0.479497%. Third, measure the technological input output efficiency of jujube industry inhebei province by using DEA method, it concludes that, the technological input is small,and the efficiency is not high. At last, find out the problems of the technologicalconfiguration of jujube industry in hebei province in accordance with the abovequantitative analysis and put forward some corresponding suggestions, such as.optimizingthe environment, cultivating new peasans, increasing the governmental support,implementing standardized production, opening wider to outside world.
