Technological innovation is the key to the realization of China’s high corporate technological progress and technological breakthroughs, but not all of the technological innovation activities and technological achievements and economic benefits that can be expected, this is due to the investment in technology innovation resources have not been fully utilized in the process of technological innovation with reasonable configuration, therefore, differences in the efficiency of technological innovation to study the high-tech enterprises and analyze the impact of the reasons for the differences in the efficiency of technological innovation, has important implications for the development of future high-tech enterprises.In this paper, the technological innovation efficiency measure, and from the analysis of the factors that affect the efficiency of enterprise technology innovation resources and capabilities perspective be built based on the innovation process system In this paper, two different methods estimated the efficiency of technological innovation and influencing factors of the high-tech enterprises in Zhejiang Province. Concluded by the two different methods are very similar, complementary, confirm each other, which fully shows that the credibility of the conclusions of this study.This study found that, although the high-tech enterprises innovation efficiency value of technological innovation efficiency is not high, but the difference is relatively large, but they are incremental stages of growth in the economies of scale. Efficiency value differences of conducted analysis, a significant impact on size, debt ratio, profitability, operational ability of enterprise innovation efficiency, R&D personnel density on innovation efficiency impact did not significantly affect the export of traditional products on innovation efficiency have negative affect the role of high-tech exports to promote the technological innovation efficiency, government support of tax breaks also have a significant positive impact on the efficiency of the innovation of high-tech enterprises. At the same time, according to the conclusions of this study, to improve the innovation efficiency of high-tech enterprises in Zhejiang Province proposed policy recommendations. |
