As a high-speed propulsion trend towards the construction of power grids, the grid projects such as the UHV and the smart grid has been deepening and investment for power grid has increased year by year. It means a higher demand on the reasonable control of construction cost and improving the efficiency of powder grid construction. There is an urgent need to carry out analysis of measure cost of large cargo transport. For large cargo transport is an important part during the process of construction equipment supply. Currently, lack of cost management standards, but there are many technical specifications in the national and industry range. So it is necessary to build the measure cost system for large cargo transport in the grid project. The system not can provide important reference for the optimization of transport routes, but reduce construction cost.First of all, the study demonstrates the feasibility of the constructed measure cost system in theory. The system is based on modular and standardized theories.Secondly, according to the classification of troubleshooting measures, construct the measure cost system for large cargo transport which has two hierarchies applied to power grid projects. Then learned from data of past projects, estimate the standard cost of various items roughly.At last, design a set of optimal processes for large cargo transport routes based on the measure cost system. The processes show as follow:the establishment of a road network structure diagram, removing the infeasible sections in technical aspects, using Dijkstra algorithm to determine the minimum-cost routes with Shortest principle, and checking the optimal route whether to conform the duration. Furthermore, demonstrate the feasibility and rationality of the optimal processes with a specific example.
