Farmers’ professional co-operatives is in rural household contractmanagement foundation, the manufacturing operator of congener produce thesame or agricultural production and operation service providers, person that use,voluntary union, democratic management of mutual economic organization.Farmers’ professional co-operatives to its members for the main service purposeprovide agricultural production material purchase, sales of agricultural products,processing, transportation, storage and agricultural production and operation ofthe relevant technology and information service. In recent years, farmers’professional co-operatives as the rural economy society gradually developed thenew strength. Farmers’ professional co-operatives development, in theoptimization of resources, improve agricultural management organizational level,and increasing the farmers’ income and promoting agricultural development and less likely played a great role in driving. Shandong province ShouGuangfarmers’ professional co-operatives of development, such as the snowball rollingthe larger and larger, and more and more wide, involving industry in the numberof registered capital, more and more are getting more and more serious. But nowthe farmers’ professional co-operatives own limitations began to highlight, mainshow is: management and operation mechanism is not sound; Funds, technologyand talents, the scarce Competition and the result in agricultural waste ofresources; Scale slant generally small and weak competitiveness. How to breakthrough the farmers’ professional co-operatives development bottleneck becomeserious problems to solve. This paper analyzes the ShouGuang farmers’professional co-operatives are currently facing the problem as well as to thecause of the problem done some analysis, and the farmers’ professionalco-operatives to break through the bottleneck to continue development putforward its own views, and the farmers’ professional co-operatives effectachievement made analysis and prediction.
