| Salary management is one of the most cared problems in enterprise operation; it is thecore content in Human Resources management. Reasonable and effective salary system isnot only inspiring the employees’ positive attitude and initiative, but also combining theemployees’ objectives and organization’s objectives together, and finally promoting theorganizational goal. So, how to design and establish a scientific and reasonable salary systemhas a very important meaning for every enterprise.This article focuses on middle manager, general manager and general stuff’s salarymotivation system. So this article analyzes present situation based on survey and literatures,and consider the enterprise’s strategic goal also, aim to design a salary motivation system thatfit the requirement of GH Co development.Firstly, this article introduced the background information and objective, mainlydiscussed the problems in traditional pay system and required the flexible pay. Based on thisbackground, it is very essential for GH to design a salary motivation system t. and then, thisarticle illustrated the research content and method. Secondly, it discussed the related theoriesof salary management and motivation. And this article holed that pay system designing mustfollow the principles based on this theory, such as competition, fairness, and meet the needs ofemployees at different levels. In the third part, this article introduced the basic information ofthe GH Co., its organization structure, current motivation salary, and the Potential badconsequences. It also revealed the necessity of designing the new pay system. The fourth partaimed to establish a salary motivation system; we introduced the preparation work of salarysystem design through job classifying, job evaluation, pay level and range designing, paystructure determination. The fifth part discussed the other polices that could make the new paysystem work well. And finally, we analyzed its limitations of the new system. |
