Nowadays, many modern enterprises must face to the increasingly fierce competition inthe market. Althought they already have a good product or service, it is very importment forthem to have an excellent management process of the product or the service. These includethe interal management processes which ensure the enterprises are all in the normal operatingline. The main feature of Enterprise Management is which repeat the simple works, but thesignificant feature of Project Management is unique or a one-time job. Project Managementtakes an importment place in the modern enterprises.One of the representative of Project Management is construction project. Schedulemanagement is a direct method, which can judge whether is reasonable. All the works arereasonable arranged and some works are adjusted, which can change the whole constructionproject in schedule management. That helps to optimize the schedule management an toperfect the service management.It is inseparable between office’s sevice and maintain project in the daily management ofG group. Planning, carring out and controlling are still the three things, which can be done inthe same time or period, in the old management mode of G group. When the project start, itinsolves the liability and benefit which from the user, the worker, the owner, and the controller.There exists a harmful process in the management of G group, because it has the shortage ofmanagement conscious, the unclean division, and the bad staff’s diathesis. During G groupcarry out the plan, the arm of project was adjusted at discretion, the scope of project wasexpanded at will. It make that the schedule of project planning must be put-off, the investmentof projece must be increased.The study of this paper is from the decorate project of working-place of G group Rsubsidiary. It takes the traditional method, which name is Critical Path Method (CPM), toanalysis. And it also takes Gantt Chart to show the expression in the audio-visual. So it canfind that there are some terrible problems in the schedule management in G group. Forexample, there is any trouble approval in front of the project, and repeat the samle thing. So,the project is always stopped in the middle time. The paper shows how to judge the keywork(and its worktime) which on the Key-route, in order to shorten the whole time. They areOptimization Measures.Through juxtapose the improvements from the before to the after of the optimization, itcan draw a conclusion that it can make a great advancement. Reducing some works, shortening the schedule of one work, and doing several works in the same time can make theinterrelated managements to provide assistance for the others in the stage of the project. So,the specific project can be accomplished with specific staffs and budget on a specific claim ina specific schedule. Although particular factors arise such as non-human, the project not onlycan get or near the target, but also can reduce schedule and cut the extra investment. Theystrengthen efficiency in the management of G group obviously.
