Twenty-first Century is the time of knowledge economy, is the era of aesthetic and creative economy. Especially after the2010Shanghai World Expo been hosted successfully, the development of the creative enterprise in Chinawill getmore opportunities and challengesthan other industries.The creative talents who havethe knowledge and skills will become thecore capital of theorganization. They will play the important role in the development of society.Thus the issue of the creative talents loss has become the most important and necessary problem which the enterprises will have toface and solve immediately.The research object of this thesis isa private small creative company.Through the methods of questionnaire investigation andworkers interview I try to find out the main reasons of the loss of knowledge workers and the flow of the key points.Thenthe action learning which targeted to find the deep-seated reasons of staff drain will be launched in the company, and the most important and urgent reasons with the corresponding solutions will be screened out and designed. Afterthe solution risk analysis, according toresults of the self-examination and summary, the solution proposals will beput into the company to get rid of the problems of knowledge workers losing.
