A Study Of Agile Management Methods In The Software Development Project

Since the21st century, with the rapid development of computer technology, the user needs increasingly toward diversity personalized changes, the risk of corporate R&D projects is increasing. In this way, in the rest of the traditional management in the design of the R&D projects, often becomes powerless. Therefore, it challenges the R&D project. Thus the research and development project team should be able to continue to adapt to changes in the market environment, consumer demand, technology, team members and other factors, and the flexibility to respond to these persistent changes to improve the success rate of R&D projects, adaptability, economy, and other purposes. At present, China’s domestic enterprises did not form an effective design and development of effective process control, lack of effective project management theory and methods, which is one of the important factors that led to the research and development projects to fail. The effectiveness of this situation for traditional project management methods, new theories and methods of project management urgently appear and get a new attempt, used to improve the plight of the traditional management methods in R&D projects.Nowadays, the project developed with more and more toward high-risk, high-speed and flexible direction. It means that the project management needs faster and faster, and needs to be more flexible, more actively managed, in order to response to customer demand. In this context, the agile management develops, to solve the complexity of the research and development projects, high-risk and uncertainties superiority applies to new products, new project development. Therefore, the use of agile project management methodology can be an guarantee for the project manager without affecting the value, quality and business rules but to achieve all the goals.Based on domestic enterprises in design projects R&D process of the implementation of agile management of the specific situation, combined with the agile management theory and methods, this paper aims to explore how to design and implement agile management theory and methods for the R&D project, and wish to provide some theoretical guidance and reference.
