Project Team Management Research Based On Scrum Method

With the development of the ages,the requirements in software development are rapidly and frequently changing.How to quickly meet the needs of customers' frequent business changes has become a key factor to software companies in today's highly competitive software industry.This also raises a higher demand request for software project management.Therefore,agile development as a lightweight software development methodology came into being.Scrum is a leading agile development methodology,which uses iterative incremental process for software development.It has been widely adopted by major software companies both at home and abroad.However,applying agile development in software companies is not always smooth sailing;Software companies always face with a variety of challenges.Software development teams with traditional organizational form are not suitable for the spreading and practice of agile development.Based on the theory of Agile development,Scrum methodology and self-organization team,with the NGBH project in N company as study object,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems after N company adopting Scrum method from traditional software development method by using case study method.This paper discusses the improvement strategy of Scrum team management from the aspects of team building,team culture,target management,communication management,and performance management and so on.Finally,it summarizes the benefits of the NGBH project after adopting these strategies.
