| Land is the production of the most basic human survival and subsistence, with the rapid economic and social development and urbanization accelerated process of this important production, the arable land is being constantly eroded farmland protection situation is increasingly serious. In order to achieve the goal of the dynamic equilibrium of the total arable land, to hold120000000m2of arable land red line, food security, land consolidation is becoming an important strategic tool. Land development and consolidation of sustainable land use is one important way to scientific and rational land development and consolidation activities, needing for land development and the potential for research.This article in the current our country land consolidation under the environment of domestic and international land arranges latent capacity to summarize the current situation of the study on the potential of land consolidation, expounds the concepts. Taking Yanting County Fuyi town land consolidation project as an example, in the area of present land use, land use restriction factors and the area infrastructure facilities on the basis of the analysis, in the sustainable development theory, human symbiosis theory, new socialist countryside, land economics theory, the theory of landscape ecology theory under the background of knowledge, the area of land consolidation potential were analyzed. The results are as follows:(l)The arable land potential analysis of Fuyi town estimates that, irrigation paddy in finishing can add newly195513.33m2of farmland; to change ladder of upland slope can add farmland newly283633.33m2; dryland in slope terrace can add farmland newly518266.67m2of waste land reclamation; after the newly increased cultivated land area of55000m2; the glory of the wasteland town finishing, can add113066.67m2of arable land. The town can increase farmland1165480m2.(2)Yanting County Fuyi town land consolidation potential evaluation value is3.5563, with a larger consolidation potential. The area of land under natural conditions isrelative to the basic conditions and social economic conditions in a larger, index, natural conditions, land slope of ridge coefficient, social and economic conditions in the finishing efficiency in evaluation of land consolidation potential occupies the important proportion.(3)Papers which are from the realization of scientific arrangement, giving full play to the benefit after finishing, building perfect land arranges latent capacity evaluation system of three aspects of potential evaluation in land consolidation put forward countermeasures, aiming to rational utilization of land resources, to protect the cultivated land resources. |
