Agricultural landconsolidation potential as the main basis of agricultural land consolidation and rehabilitationproject selection, it is very important to evaluate scientifically and reasonably agriculturalland consolidation potential. Agricultural land consolidation plays an important role inincreasing the amount of cultivated land and improving the quality of cultivated land andensuring total arable land dynamic balance, but so far for finishing potential evaluation offarmland still play increasing the quantity of cultivated land potential as the key point,cultivated land quality evaluation of potential has not been effective. This study broke throughagricultural land consolidation potential measurement and classification method of landmanagement planning discipline in county level (TD/T1035-2013).The focus on agriculturalland consolidation of cultivated land quantity potential, at the same time, the agricultural landconsolidation of cultivated land quality improvement potential is in the equally importantposition. Finally land consolidation comprehensive potential is determined to the quantitypotential and quality potential.This article selects zhouzhi county as the research object, on the basis of the researcheson the agricultural land consolidation related concept and the basic theory, measuringagricultural land consolidation potential. First of all, using the method of field research andmethod of database statistics analysis to measure number of agricultural land consolidationpotential, using agricultural land capacity calculation methods respectively calculates theactual capacity of farmland and capacity can be realized, and then calculate the improvingcapacity, to character the quality potential of agricultural land consolidation. Then, by usinggeometric mean method and weighted average method classify comprehensively onagricultural land consolidation potential, and through the overlap rate level space analysis,correlation analysis, level area, and area of concentration level of analysis, correlation analysis capacity analysis to the two methods and then get finally result of potentialclassification. Finally, potential classification results are used in sorting agricultural landconsolidation key zoning, agricultural land consolidation project selection and projectscheduling. |
