Land Consolidation Potential Evaluation Of Dingshui Town In Nanbu County

Land is material foundation of human survival and development, along with the development of urbanization, cultivated land area of shrinking, the contradiction between human and land at increasingly show, and realize the sustainable use of land resource to be the people face of an important topic. Land consolidation is an important way of promoting the sustainable utilization of the land, Land consolidation work can not only increase the cultivated land area, improve the land utilization, but also rule out the limiting factor of land use, increase the land use efficiency and improve the quality of land use. Potential evaluation is the basic work of land consolidation, the fundamental basis for special plan on land consolidation, and the foundation of delimiting the land consolidation areas, therefore, the research of potential evaluation on land consolidation is of important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the theory of the studies first introduced the domestic and foreign research progress of the land consolidation and potential evaluation of land consolidation, and in five of the land consolidation theory as the theoretical basis of it, namely ecology theory, sustainable utilization theory, cost and benefit theory, human and land coordination theory, regional differentiation theory and land economic supply theory. In the empirical research section, take the land consolidation project in Sichuan Nanbu County for example, use the collected information and data, divide evaluation unit, establish the index system of land consolidation potential evaluation, use of mathematical method to ascertain the index weight, set up a mathematical model to evaluate, finally, make potential grading to every evaluation unit, thus completing the evaluation of the potential for land consolidation. The characteristics and main results of this paper are as follows:(1) Constructed respectively two index system, land consolidation quantity potential evaluation index system and land consolidation quality potential evaluation index system. The quantity potential simple to implement land consolidation can increase the cultivated area or area of land can be used as a target, then the study area is analyzed in detail at four aspects from potential of ditches and roads consolidation index, potential of idle land index, land reclamation potential index and badlands development potential index of four index. At the quality potential part, to the increases of land use efficiency, the improvement of the quality of land use and maintenance of the ecological environment balance as the starting point, selected10small evaluation indexes from the increasing capacity of production, the production cost and improve the ecological environment of the three major aspects.(2) Made two sets of land consolidation potential evaluation standard. The study changes the potential evaluation of land consolidation after finishing only the increase in cultivated area or increase the utilization of land as the only purpose of the practice, and the potential of the land consolidation is divided into quantity potential of land consolidation and quality potential of land consolidation two potential aspects to study. Establish the quantity potential evaluation standards of land consolidation and the quality potential evaluation standard of land consolidation, then provide the reference to project planning and design of land consolidation.(3) The study of the method of evaluation and the building of mathematical model. In this article, the entropy weight method and analytic hierarchy process (ahp) this two kinds of mathematical methods are respectively used to determine the weight of each index in land consolidation quantity potential evaluation index system and land consolidation quality potential evaluation index system, comprehensive evaluation method is used to establish the land consolidation potential evaluation mathematical model. Then, combined with the potential evaluation score of land consolidation, division the level of each assessment unit.(4) Case study of land consolidation potential evaluation. According to research results of land consolidation potential evaluation, get conclusion of land consolidation potential sorting of the study area eight administrative villages in Nanbu County.
