In recent years, with China’s rapid social and economic development, coupled with the urbanization process significantly faster, resulting in the continuous expansion of urban construction land use range is severely degraded, land supply and demand have become increasingly prominent. This rational and efficient use of land resources, asked for a higher demand. Under the supervision of the Government, the development of the land market is also increasingly perfect, but the price of land to determine the standards needed standardization.
