In Baotou, with the rapid economic development, the expansion of themain city and development and construction of the other key regional, thelayout of urban functions by the pattern of one city two nuclear ribbon groupspace gradually change to the city along the east-west axis relative to thedevelopment of contiguous ribbon pattern, to make that Baotou is dividedinto two area of Jiuyuan, Donghe and Qingshan, Kundulunqu and respectively,grading and the establishment of two sets of benchmark land price system cannot meet the needs of economic development and land management.Currently, the city of Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and other higher levels ofthe land market, land transactions have adopted the pricing of the floor price.Therefore, it is necessary to the unity of Baotou town land grading, in InnerMongolia autonomous region in the Benchmark land price evaluation systemto try to land price valuation way floor and do research.This article refers to the benchmark premium assessment of a higherdegree of domestic market-oriented city, to the current socio-economicdevelopment and land use changes and trends in spatial pattern, the firstattempt of a unified classification of urban land and the floor base premiumassessment work.
