Based On The Electric Power Demand Forecasting L City Power Grid Development Planning Study

Economic development, power goes ahead. Power, as the "vanguard" of the national economic development, plays an irreplaceable role in the development of economic and people’s living standards. The paper clarifies the situation between China’s electricity supply system and the relationship of supply-demand, and the relationship between L city’s urbanization and industrialization and the electricity shortage.On the basis of these, this paper analysises the factors that affect L city’s power supply and demand in recent and vision years and predicts the L City’s total power load and partition load. After that, the paper proposes L city’s grid planning of both recent and vision years according to the the technology principle of grid construction and transformation. And combined with the grid planning, the paper plans the allocation of hunman resources and estimates the grid planning inventment.In the end, the paper puts forward a few policy recommendations and points out that the grid planning is an important part of the urban planning. It should be based on the urban development planning, to strengthen the predicting of the city grid vision saturation load and the planning target grid. And the power of professional regulation should be zoned into the overall planning of urban development. The planning site of substation should be complied with the requirements of urban planning and the relevant design disciplines. Construction sites should be included in the various stages of urban planning, co-ordination arrangements, station site and line access corridor reserved.
