Research On Development Problems Of Tianjin Animation Industry

The animation industry in China since its inception in1877, has a history of over one hundred years, with the rapid development in recent years, it is known as the most promising industry of the creative economy of the21st century. Developing the animation industry vigorously, has a very positive role. Such as:to meet the people, especially teenagers’spiritual and cultural life demand, promote the healthy and happy growth of teenagers, draw the culture demand, foster new point of economic growth, enhance the soft power of national cultural and so on.Tianjin city as China’s important cartoon base, with national animation industry garden area, and has the good cultural atmosphere and scientific research personnel and economic strength, the development of animation industry has not only the strong support of the Tianjin municipal government, but also get more attention of the China’s Ministry of culture. In recent years, the development of Tianjin animation industry has achieved some success; however, it’s not denied that there are many inadequacies. Therefore, an urgent task to accelerate the development of Tianjin animation industry has been placed in front of us.This article is based on the city of Tianjin, through the analysis of Tianjin animation industry problems in the course of development, and to compare there countries:America, Japan and Korea with animation industry’s successful development experience, then, put forward some reasonable suggestions for Tianjin animation industry development.Firstly, this article uses the theory of industry chain and industrial integration theory to lay a theoretical foundation for the study of Tianjin animation industry’s development problems. Secondly, through in-depth understanding of the development of Tianjin animation industry, points out a series of problems existing in the process of the development, such as, idea backward, original ability inadequacy, core talents shortage, investment insufficiency, the property rights lack of protection and the industry chain is not perfect, and so on. Next, by comparing the United States, Japan and South Korea with the development situation of the animation industry, as well as the characteristics of their animation industry, thoroughly analyzed, and summarizes the animation industry development of all countries successful factors, and then get some enlightenment on the development of Tianjin’s animation industry. Finally, according to the problems faced in the development of Tianjin animation industry, this article puts forward some countermeasures for the development of Tianjin animation industry, namely:improve the hardware level, improve the external environment, optimize industrial chain, accelerate innovation, promoting industrial convergence.
