The Empirical Study On Risk Of Knowledge Sharing Among Enterprises In Alliance

Alliance is an important or organizational form of cooperation between enterprises and enterprises, in order to obtain and maintain competitive advantage or even the only source of knowledge-based with the economy context between the alliance enterprises. More and more choices of knowledge sharing intend to promote the Union, knowledge is becoming development and knowledge innovation. Knowledge sharing help companies to access to knowledge resource, also be useful with the Union development, but it contains a larger risk in the process of knowledge sharing. In recent years, inter-organizational knowledge sharing factors and risk control and prevention research have begun to attract attention and gradually in-depth, but the risks related to knowledge sharing between enterprises within the Union and its influencing factors is relatively small, and mostly based on theoretical analysis of risk prevention strategies, so relevant empirical research is very scarce. Therefore, empirical research has important practical significance of knowledge sharing risk in enterprises within the Union.Papers combs the literature of the enterprise knowledge sharing risk analysis combing at home and abroad within the Union on the basis of research questions, learning from the problems encountered in the literature and corporate practice, questionnaire design and data collection, with SPSS17.0software for relations analysis and regression analysis, it intend to determine the key factors affecting knowledge sharing risk in enterprises within the Union as well as the size of the impact, and propose appropriate risk prevention strategies, guiding the practice of knowledge sharing.Papers in the first chapter of this study, is background, significance and Research, at the same time proposes to be used in research methods and research and innovation. Chapter Ⅱ of the corporate is strategic alliances, knowledge sharing and risk theory to sort out, which provides theoretical foundation for the empirical research. In the third chapter, mainly from the perspective of knowledge sharing, because of knowledge sharing risk is divided into less than the risk of excessive risks of knowledge sharing and knowledge sharing, analysis of its performance and influencing factors.What’s more, the article analyzes the influence of each factor and than puts forward theoretical hypothesis, at last, proposing a conceptual model. Chapter IV questionnaire is designed and data collection, using the SPSS17.0Software for the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, according to correlation analysis and regression analysis testing hypotheses, and discuss the results and analysis. In the fifth chapter, is main the empirical results of the corresponding risk prevention strategies which provides suggestions for the practice of enterprise knowledge sharing. Finally, in Chapter VI of the paper’s results and conclusions were summarized, pointing out that inadequate research, and future studies are warranted outlook.
