Recently, our country’s policy, economy and culture developments are facing significant transformation, which need all the social members to work together. And the economy developments are related to everyone’s career success. The serious employee silence has so much bad impacts on employees, and the employee career is facing a dilemma. Leadership empowerment is one of the most effective ways to innovate employees to achieve positive psychology and behaviors, and promote the career success. But as employee silence is getting worse and worse, whether leadership empowerment will be selected and what impacts are on career success are needed to be studied and confirmed by theory and reality.Firstly, in order to find out the role of leadership empowerment plays between employee silence and career success, the literature of employee silence, leadership empowerment, and career success were being reviewed, the study analyzed some aspects for reference, also pointed out the shortcomings. Based on the present literature the study framework was brought out.Secondly, standard research and empirical research, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods were being used. Using data from more than 200 employees and middle basic level managers in companies in Hebei Provence, Beijing, Tianjin etc., predictions were tested using regression analysis, also inspected the relationships between the variables.Finally, the results showed that employee silence impacts career success negatively and leadership empowerment played an complete intermediary role between employee silence and career success. Through the results, we figured out some suggestions on how employees and leaders work together to promote career success.
