Nowadays, corruption is happening or have taken place in more and more companies and organizations. The bad effect of individual corruptive behavior is spreading around just like the plague. With the growing of individual corruption, the damage it has brought to the whole society and economy is also enormous. Therefore, it is of great practical importance to conduct a research about individual corruption in such background.Corruption is a social and historical phenomenon, which is a natural being of specific times in history. It is also a combination of various subjective and objective factors. At the same time, corruption is subjective behavior of the individual and the individual plays the decisive role. This article researches the phenomenon of the individual corruption from the organizational behavior perspective. The mainly purpose of this article is to explore the effects of choices of ethical value and moral cognition level on the individual corruption, which is the subjective cause of individual corruption.Based on the review of related literature, this research designs a conceptual model of the affecting factors of the individual corruption. Then by using an empirical study on the survey, this research reveals that the ethical values, which are consists of justice, integrity, egoism and altruism have a significant effect on individual corruption and the rule-oriented organizational culture plays a regulatory role. What’s more, moral cognition level plays a negative role in the individual corrupt behavior.
