In China, many Japanese companies still using traditional Japanese human resource management.In Motivating Employees, there are many ways does not fit the actual situation in China, meaning the employees were less likely to exert themselves and were more likely to look for employment elsewhere. This thesis combined the classic theory of motivation, summed up the theory of non-monetary compensation and R&D personnel characteristics, analyzed the current major motivations of Japanese companies, pointed out the problems about non-monetary remuneration.Finally, the thesis from the work itself, work environment, organizational factors, personal development proposed for the R&D of non-monetary compensation improvements.This thesis has five parts. The first part is introduction, describes the research background, purpose of study, research methods. The second part is the theoretical foundation and literature review. The third part analyzes the typical Japanese business incentives. Part IV is the core of the thesis, and proposed for the R&D of non-monetary compensation improvements. Part V summarizes the thesis research, innovation and short comings.
