Time to move forward on the wheels turning, all are in the rapid development and change.Since1949, since the founding, the face of our country has undergone earth-shakingchanges, especially in economic terms. Nowadays, with the development of marketeconomy, our country’s economic system is to continuously improve. In this incentive tothe department stores and develop a firm foothold, more and more companies arebeginning to realize that to change. Once the experience management method has nolonger apply now of the enterprise and market, we should introduce advancedmanagement method and the smooth and effective use of it, let the new "weapon" as weenhance "fighting power."Performance management to our country enterprises is relatively new. Some of the biggerfirms have operation management system for a long time, and have achieved good results.However, for our country which small and medium enterprises to occupy the marketshare, only the development of large enterprises is not enough. We also need to committo the change of small and medium enterprises.Fluorine chemical industry is a special industry. When making a great contribution tosociety it is also low energy utilization, serious environmental pollution, and safetyaccidents and determine. This article is a combination of the situation of A company andthe basis of relevant knowledge I have learned, for A company in the performancemanagement problems that exist in the analysis, and proposes relevant suggestions forimprovement. I am on the A company’s performance management system to improve thedesign, first to use SWOT analysis defined the A company’s overall strategic objectives;secondly, by using the Balanced Scorecard analysis method to determine the company’sbusiness focus; finally, combining with the key performance index analysis method, fromthe company to the centre to the various departments, eventually each post to chase alayer to performance index decomposition.
