Research On Technical Innovation Policy Of High-New Technology Industry In Liaoning Old Industrial Base

High-New technology industry is an important impetus to promote the development of regional economy. This conclusion is also applicable to the Old Industrial Base. Under the special background of political, economic and cultural in Liaoning province, the technical innovation policy of High-New technology industry still exist many shortcomings, and the industry has a very big disparity compared with the developed areas. Based on this, the paper gives a comprehensive, detailed research on technical innovation policy of High-New technology industry in Liaoning Old Industrial Base, in order to explore the problems and causes, propose countermeasures to improve at the same time.This article can be divided into six parts:Part one, the introduction.
