Under the new situation of the ecological environment deteriorating and diverseneeds of the society to forestry is growing day by day, the reality of forestrydevelopment is far from meeting the requirements of modern society, environmentalproblems and ecological problems are increasingly serious, it is imminent to seek asolution, so sustainable development become objectives of the forestry development.Ecological forestry which has economic, ecological and social sustainability becomethe new forestry sustainable development model of the post-industrial society by itsdistinctive feature that technical suitability, ecologically sound, economically rationaland socially acceptable.Jiusan Conservancy of Heilongjiang Land Reclamation Bureau has constructionthe ecological forestry based on the region’s geographical location, climatic conditions,ecological environment characteristics, development and utilization of land resources.Ecological forestry which construction on the basis of the original forest is influencedby external factors and internal factors in the development process, the externalfactors mainly including natural conditions, economic conditions, technical conditionsand policy conditions, the internal factors mainly including management mode, thequality of personnel and publicity work. Ecological forestry should endeavor toovercome the adverse impact of the above seven factors in the development process inorder to accelerate their development. The main countermeasures of eco-forestrydevelopment in the future of the Jiusan Conservancy have the following three points:transformation of the management objectives and mode, technology development andapplication, the effective use of the national policy.
