Research On Human Capacity Construction Of Hubei New Era Rural Labor In Balancing Urban And Rural Development

In this thesis, the data is collected through questionnaire, and SPSS17.0and AMOS17.0software are used for statistical analysis of data. The results show that human capacity construction of new era rural labor are divided into four dimensions, including psychological capacity, physical capacity, technique capacity and intelligent capacity. There are correlations between each dimension, and it is also relevant between the dimensions and the indicator of balancing urban and rural development.The results show that it is necessary to build human capacity of new era rural labor in order to achieve the goal of balancing urban and rural development, through the analysis of the present situation of balancing urban and rural development in Hubei province. Human resources capacity construction would narrow the gap between urban and rural areas and promote the balance of urban and rural development.The results of factor analysis and structural equation analyze show that thought capacity has significant positive effect on technique capacity. The higher pressure capacity, moral requirements, motivation expectations, positive attitude and life targets will bring about greater willingness to learn and own the skill level certificate, vocational training, channel search capabilities and technical expertise. Psychological capacity has significant positive effect on intelligent capacity. The higher pressure capacity, moral requirements, motivation expectations, positive attitude and life targets will bring about greater the higher education level, creative ability, organizational skills, self-cognitive ability. Psychological capacity has significant positive effect on narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas and balancing urban and rural development. The higher pressure capacity, moral requirements, motivation expectations, positive attitude and life targets will bring about stronger motivation on work. Hence new era rural labor can make much more contribution to the development of urban and rural economy which narrowed the gap between urban and rural areas and promoted urban and rural development. Technique capacity has significant positive effect on narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas and balancing urban and rural development. New era rural labors who have the skill level certificate, vocational training, the channels search capabilities and technical expertise play a more important role in the urban-rural relations. New era rural labors with stronger human capacity are more conducive to narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas and promoting urban and rural development. Intelligent capacity has significant positive effect on narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas and balancing urban and rural development. New era rural labors that have higher education level, creative skills, organizational skills, and self-cognitive abilities are more conducive to narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas and promoting urban and rural development. Narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas has significant positive effect on balancing urban and rural development. The more favorable rural policies, reasonable redistribution of resources and the improvement of new era rural labor salary are conducive to promote urban and rural development from the industrial structure, labor mobility, institutional innovation and technological innovation perspectives.
