| With the development of knowledge economy, the enterprises layincreasing emphasis on training creation to enhance the continued learning ability. Bydoing this, enterprises could get higher performance and achieve continued advance ofstrategic planning in new market environment. Company A is a high-performance andhigh-yield large-scale corporation. To give full play to the value of corporate training, it isa must to establish a systematic training system which is consistent with the corporatestrategy and based on performance. This thesis studies a large number of domestic andforeign literatures on corporate training system and instructional design, and then selectsand summarizes some theories relevant to this study. By conducting questionnaire surveysand interviews concerning the current situation of training system in Company A, ananalysis report on the main problems of the training system is obtained. Based on theabove discussion, the thesis proposes the basic principles and framework for building anew training system. This new training system is performance-oriented, and is tightlyintegrated with the performance management system and the talents training andperformance improvement program in Company A. Finally, it goes on to check theacceptability and effectiveness of the new training system proposal in a training program ofCompany A. And it is proved that it plays a positive role in improving training effect. |
