Coal is the most abundant reserves of fossil fuel in the world. It is covering two-thirds in the energy production and structure of consumption for a Long time. Coal enterprise in China having a severe situation for safety production in the development and utilization of coal resources; High consumption of resource; Low utilization rate of resource; Low recovery rate; The seriously waste of resources; Abuse destroyed the environment of the mining area for a long time. It is seriously influenced the sustainable development of coal enterprise.Based on the comprehensive domestic and foreign relevant theory of sustainable development, realize that sustainable development of coal enterprise, that is, the enterprise is not only consider the realization of the target for business but also to consider the needs of the future development, to establish a suitable human resource management system for sustainable development of coal enterprise, but still existing those problems with shortage of the enterprise technological innovation, weak ability of management and operation, lack of knowledge of personnel. The coal enterprise’s development is inseparable from the reasonable effective human resource management. Human resource is the main resources of enterprise development and expansion, human resources management has become an important part of modern enterprise management and plays a decisive role in an enterprise sustainable development, plays that role for guarantee the implementation of the strategy of enterprise management.This article combined with the current situation and development trend of the coal enterprise, puts forward the connotation and the ways of sustainable development, and requirements of human resources management system. Through analysis for the current situation of human resource management of Inner Mongolia Tai Xi coal group, explores the reasons and problems of human resources management system of company (human resources planning, personnel recruiting training, performance evaluation and incentive system and put forward the establishing system and implementation strategies according to the sustainable development for enterprise.
