A Study On Organizational Structure Design In Affiliated R&D Institution Of Large-scale State-owned Enterprise

In face of the keen competition, if an enterprise wants to stand stable and develop efficiently, it has to emphasize organizational structure design. Organizational structure is the established interaction between the various components of an enterprise for the attainment of its aim. The appropriateness of organizational structure directly affects the efficiency of the enterprise.Special R&D institution is the internal organizational foundation for an enterprise employing for technology innovation. The appropriateness of organizational structure affects the ability of technology innovation and the construction of technology innovation system. In affiliated R&D institution of large-scale state-owned enterprise, the design of organizational structure is a way to fully exert the function of the organization through innovation of its structure and strengthen large-scale state-owned enterprise's vitality and competitive power, which controls the national economy lifeline.On the basis of the above arguments, the paper centers on five problems as the following: 1) theoretical summary of organizational structure, including organizational structure theory of classical management theory, behavioral science theory, modern organization theory and contemporary organization theory;2) the types, characters and problems of existing organizational structure in affiliated R&D institution of large-scale state-owned enterprise;3) organizational structure design, including analyzing design situation, determining design principles and exploring design protocol;4) operational mechanism construction, including good R&D mechanism, human resources management mechanism and dynamic adjusting mechanism;5) the empirical study on technology center of Lanzhou refining and chemical complex.
